FAQ and file setup
What file should I send?
A print ready PDF at the finished size plus 1/8 in bleed on every side, fonts outlined or embedded, images at 300 dpi, CMYK. AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG and PNG also work. Keep text 1/8 in inside the trim.
Does someone check my file?
Yes, every file. If the bleed is missing, an image is low resolution or a font did not embed, we call or email you before it prints. Nothing goes to press with a problem we can see.
When does production start?
Once your file is approved. The production time you pick is business days after approval; free ground shipping follows, usually 1 to 5 days depending on where you are.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, UPS Ground to any address in the US, on every order.
Can you ship to my customer without your name on it?
Yes. Every order ships blind: no prices in the box and our return address, never the printer's.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Call (818) 714-0149 or email AllAbovePrints@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo. If it is our error or the printer's, we reprint it.
Do you do custom sizes or something not on the site?
Probably. Call (818) 714-0149 and we will quote it.
